工作原理:
超聲波寬度控制儀 , 主要原理是根據(jù)超聲波脈沖反射原理來進(jìn)行薄膜寬度的測(cè)量 , 當(dāng)探頭發(fā)射的超聲波脈沖通過媒介到達(dá)薄膜時(shí) , 脈沖被反射回探頭后 , 通過精確測(cè)量超聲波在探測(cè)器與薄膜間傳播的時(shí)間 , 超聲波處理模塊進(jìn)行快速的運(yùn)算來確定被測(cè)薄膜的寬度。
然后通過超聲波寬度控制系統(tǒng) , 對(duì)吹膜機(jī)的氣泡進(jìn)行調(diào)整 , 穩(wěn)定且快速的達(dá)到設(shè)定寬度。
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
ultrasonic pulse reflection. When the ultrasonic pulse emitted by the probe reaches the thin film through the medium, the pulse is reflected back to the probe. By accurately measuring the time of ultrasonic propagation between the detector and the thin film, the ultrasonic processing module performs rapid calculations to determine the width of the tested thin film.
Then, through the ultrasonic width control system, the bubbles in the film blowing machine are adjusted to reach the set width stably and quickly.
